In 1938 the Australians opened their tour at Worcester. It has now become traditional for Overseas teams in England to play their first class match there and to visit the factory of the Worcester Royal Porcelain Company. To commemorate these visits, the Company have produced, in limited editions, a series of fine bone china plates decorated with the signatures of their guests. An examples of each of these has been presented to M.C.C. - by the Company, unless otherwise stated.
