Three-quarter portrait showing Mr Mynn looking to his left; his jacket and shirt are in pencil, but colour has been applied to his shirt (white), tie (black) and his hair (shades of brown and black) - his nose is rathr prominent and there are indications of a rosy complexion across his cheeks, chin and top of nose. The artists has signed just below the bottom of the jacket on the right.
