7:3 M.04.16 Asics Cricket Boot of Darren Gough, ICC Champions Trophy, 2004 This style of bowling boot shows extra support around the ankle, use of lightweight materials and a generous sole to cushion the impact of the foot on the ground. Additionally the toe of the boot has been removed by Gough, a modification made by several of his contemporaries to avoid the pain caused by their toes repeatedly hitting the front of the boot.- Association:
