Scope and Content
Trading card depicting a black and white photographic action portrait of Lance Cairns batting, at end of playing a shot to the off-side. He is wearing cricket whites and New Zealand v-neck cableknit sweater with black striped trim, batting gloves and pads. On reverse is a head portrait. Card No.2.

Biography on reverse reads: "When you think of blockbusting batting one name immediately springs to mind - Lance Cairns. His superb timing and massive frame often saw the ball expelled into the crowded stands at a frightening rate of knots. His finest moment was at the MCG, 1983 when he smashed six sixes off Rodney Hogg and Dennis Lillee in the space of 19 balls to eventually record a whirlwind 52.
Best 1 Day score: 60."
