Scope and Content

Trading card depicting a colour photographic group portrait of Lance and Chris Cairns standing side by side. Lance is in takign guard pose and is wearing cricket whites, v-neck cableknit sweater vest with crest on the chest and gold, light blue and dark blue trim, white batting gloves and pads. Chris is wearing cricket whites, cap with crest on the front, holding batting gloves and bat. Series No. 9.

Description on reverse reads: "Lance Cairns played his last test at Perth in December 1985. Four years later, son Chris made his test debut at the same ground. It was easily the shortest time between the careers of any father and son combination in test cricket history."
