Papers compiled by Molly Hide, mainly relating to the England tour of Australia and New Zealand in 1948-1949. Includes correspondence from the Women's Cricket Association confirming arrangements for the tour, invitations to functions, itineraries, poetry, telegrams wishing Hide and the England team good luck, menu cards, copy of a booklet titled 'Some Statistics Concerning Cricket Casualties' showing batsmen struck by bowlers in Test matches between England and Australia produced by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, maps of Rotorua, booklet of passenger information for the RMS Orion Orient Line from London to Australia, invoices from the Palace Hotel where Hide stayed in November 1948, list of questions issued to Hide for an interview with the 'Woman to Woman' programme, letters from Ernest Farrar, President of New South Wales, congratulating Hide on the England team's performances, admission tickets for the New Zealand vs. England Test match at Auckland in March 1949, admission ticket for the Auckland vs. England match at Auckland in March 1949, menu card for a farewell dinner to the England team hosted by the South Australian Women's Cricket Association in January 1949, admission tickets to the Melbourne Cricket Ground and Adelaide Oval, invitation card for Hide to attend a Trotting meeting by the Western Australian Trotting Association, programme for the Maori entertainers at the Peerless Hall in Rotorua.

The file also contains items relating to the England tour of Australia and New Zealand in 1934-1935: telegrams, team lists for the England vs. Auckland match at Eden Park in January 1935.
