Scrapbook of newspaper cuttings compiled by Aline Brown. Includes reports on domestic cricket matches in England, reports on wartime cricket in England, copies of 'Women's Cricket' magazine from May-September 1938 and May-September 1939, articles on Gunnersbury Women's Cricket Club, copy of Gunnersbury Women's Cricket Club rules for 1939, letter to Brown informing her that she had been selected for the England Women's tour to Australia in 1939-1940 (cancelled due to the war), letter to Brown from H E Archdale regarding the tour, telegrams, photographs of the Gunnersbury team at Colwall in 1939, rules of a match between men and women played at Grantham Hospital for charity during the Second World War at which the men would use broomsticks, photographs of a match between the Army Training Services and Women's Auxiliary Air Force in August 1943.
