Includes statements made by MCC Assistant Secretary J A Bailey and MCC Secretary S C Griffith on the incident, correspondence with solicitors, copies of correspondence sent by Hain to MCC, copies of correspondence with Home Secretary James Callaghan relating to the decision to call off the South African tour in 1970, letters from the National League of Young Liberals' Southern Africa Commission urging MCC to call off the 1970 tour.
