Includes arrangements for President Radhakrishnan of India to visit Lord's in 1963, arrangements with Buckingham Palace and programme of events for the visit of Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh to Lord's for the England vs. West Indies Test match (24 June 1963) and England vs. Australia Test match (22 June 1964), arrangements for Prince Philip to attend the Middlesex vs. Australians match on 20 July 1964 and Middlesex vs. New Zealanders match on 16 July 1969, arrangements for members of the MCC Committee to attend one of the Garden Parties at Buckingham Palace in 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968 and 1969, arrangements and programme of events for the visit of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip to Lord's for the England vs. New Zealand Test match (21 June 1965), England vs. West Indies Test match (20 June 1966), England vs. India Test match (26 June 1967), England vs. West Indies Test match (30 June 1969) and England vs. New Zealand Test match (25 July 1969), arrangements for G Boycott to be presented with a silver bat made by Mrs Gulzarbanu Aziz Saudagar during the England vs. India Test match with a letter by Boycott confirming receipt of the bat, arrangements and programme of events for the visit of Queen Elizabeth II to Lord's for the England vs. Pakistan Test match (31 July 1967) and England vs. Australia Test match (24 June 1968), arrangements for Prince Philip to attend the England vs. Australia Test match (22 June 1968).
