Trading card depicting a head and shoulders phototyped portrait of Bill Woodfull. He is wearing a white shirt and v-neck cableknit sweater with thick dark trim. Series No.2. Released with Champion.

Biography on reverse reads: "William M. Woodfull (Victoria) Known as "The Unbowlable" because of his impregnable defence. Born in August, 1897, he is a stolid but very sound batsman. Woodfull first visited England with Herbert Collins in 1926, and headed the batting averages for the tour, scoring eight centuries, including a masterly eight centuries, including a masterly 201 against Essex. During England's visit to Australia in 1928/29, Woodfull scored over 400 runs in the five Tests, including three centuries. Then he was picked to lead the Australians in England in 1930, and in the Second Test he scored a brilliant 155. His highest innings of that tour was 216 against Cambridge University."
