Biography on reverse reads: "G. B. F. Rudd. Played for the County in the 1921 and 1922 Championship Matches, both as batsman and bowler, but more successful in run-getting. Compiled 701 runs in 1921 (highest 91) with an average of 21.24, and 425 runs in 1922, averaging 23.61, being not out on 3 occasions. Bowling average for 1921 90.0."
