Cigarette card depicting a black and white illustrated head and shoulders portrait of Stanley Cornwallis. He is wearing a white shirt and Band of Brothers blazer. States he plays for Kent. Series No.8.

Biography on reverse states: "Born on March 14th, 1892, Captain Cornwallis first appeared for Kent in 1919 and undertook the captaincy five years later, perpetuating the best amateur spirit of sport that always has characterized the cricket of the county, whose Festivals have been copied in a flattering manner, if not with equal success as social functions. A fast right-hand bowler, Cornwallis cannot always control his length, but sometimes is very destructive on hard turf with the new ball. Usually goes in last, having small pretensions as a batsman."
