Postcard depicting a black and white photograph of a cricket match taking place at Scarborough Cricket Ground between England and Australia, Wilfred Rhodes is mid-delivery. Pavilion on opposite side of the ground and stands are fileld with spectators. Town buildings to the right in background. Part of Queen Series TTS.

Message on reverse reads: "Please forgive me for not writing sooner in answer to your dear letter. We were so busy at the last. Have been on holiday a fortnight things are undecided as regards my return. Hope you had a nice time at Edinburgh. Writing to Russell this week. Love to your dear self and also [?] he will be having a fine time & you will be riding [message continues on front] Adieu with best wishes from A Duffin."
