Correspondence, memoranda and newspaper cuttings relating to the selection of Harold Larwood and Bill Voce for the 1936-1937 MCC tour of Australia. Subjects include drafts of notices regarding Larwood and Voce's statement in 1935 that they had no desire to play representative cricket, comments on a meeting between the MCC President Arthur Somers-Cocks and Voce in August 1936, letter by Voce confirming his availability for England's Test Match vs. India at The Oval in 1936 and the MCC tour of Australia in 1936-1937 and apologising to the MCC Committee, minutes of the meeting of the Special Selection Sub-Committee to discuss Voce and issue invitations to players selected for the MCC tour of Australia in 1936-1937, copy of memorandum sent to the MCC Committee about the Voce case.
