Track 1: [0:00-11:15] Ufton talks about playing professional football and cricket at the same time for Kent County Cricket Club and Charlton Athletic Football Club, serving in the Army, the coaching methods used in football in the 1950s, discusses other cricketers who played football at the same time.

[11:15-14:15] Ufton talks about the conflicts between Kent and Charlton, [14:15-20:55] Ufton talks about being understudy to Godfrey Evans at Kent as well as reflecting on his time at Kent.
