Track 1: [0:00-1:20] Connor talks about the positions she currently holds as head of women's cricket for the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and as chair of the International Cricket Council (ICC) women's committee, [1:20-5:56] Connor talks about the rise in the profile of women's cricket.

Track 2: [0:00-5:05] Connor talks about media exposure to women's sports and the financial pressures from playing women's cricket.

Track 3: [0:00-3:00] Connor talks about there being no resentment from the players over financial rewards from playing cricket, and players requiring understanding parents when playing cricket, Connor then talks about taking a sabbatical from teaching in order to concentrate on the Ashes and the Women's World Cup (in 2005), [3:10-4:36] Connor talks about Allen's suggestion of using a mixture of male and female players in a cricket team.
